ChilliDB for Divisions (formally know as the Division Information System) enables effective information management of all activities regarding organisations and contacts. ChilliDB for Divisions has been designed to allow all required information regarding organisations, contacts and interactions to be recorded securely and be available for subsequent enquiry and reporting using intuitive tailored forms and reports.

ChilliDB for Divisions is:  

  • Specifically designed for Divisions of General Practice. 
  • Constructed in consultation with the GPpartners, extended through consultation with Australia's Divisions and State Based Organisations.
  • Constructed with ease of use in mind at all times, and is accessible through any standard web browser. 
  • Continues to be developed and upgraded with additional modules.
  • In use by the majority of divisions of all size, including state based divisions.

  • Uses a simple web based interface; operation of ChilliDB for Divisions is similar to and as easy as website navigation.
  • Multi-level security capability has been achieved with the ability to define a range of system privileges to users. Role based security has been employed to ease management of security levels.
