Client Quotes
We value client feedback highly. Below are some of the comments received.
Anne McGill former CEO of GPpartners

”With ChilliDB for Divisions our staff are able to capture communications between all Division Members, other stakeholders and partners as a basis for vastly improved customer relationship management. The investment in the system has substantially improved our time management and broader resource allocation, using such features as tracking program delivery and resources to GPs', reporting on all contacts with practice managers, nurses, external organisations and individual GP's.  Any Division who implements ChilliDB for Divisions should gain the substantive benefits we already have from its implementation.”

Chris Spagnolo, IMIT Officer, Mackay Division of General Practice

"Prior to ChilliDB for Divisions the Mackay Division has been using a number of different databases and spreadsheets to store information. With ChilliDB for Divisions it’s great that we finally have a data management system that’s tailored to our needs and one that can meet our growing size and usage requirements. The software’s interface is very friendly and highly adaptable. Crystal reports gives us the power we need for reporting and the web-based interface is perfect because its fast and we don’t have to worry about setting up and maintaining additional software on all of our computers."

Ken Sampford, Central Coast Division of General Practice

"At the Central Coast Division of General Practice we have decided to run the ChilliDB for Divisions remotely. This was more involved than we had originally anticipated, but with great support from Polymorphic all has been installed smoothly. We have been impressed by how quick-and-easy it is to access our data over the internet now and can see many potential benefits."

Robert Trethewey, Information Management Officer, GPpartners

"In many ways ChilliDB for Divisions is the heart of Brisbane North, where it records and reports on all of our external interactions, training programs, surveys and events. The system is a tool by which we manage the business of the Division; staff find it easy to use, accessing corporate knowledge from home or interstate, as it is the definitive source for our customer information. Our customers say that ChilliDB for Divisions has improved our service quality and cohesion between Division programs."
