Community Services Tablelands selects ChilliDB® as its enterprise CRM
The Community Services Tablelands Inc. (CST) is a community-based organisation run by an elected Board of Management. CST proudly auspices a range of community based services which operate from three locations in Atherton in the Tablelands Regional Council area and provides outreach into the region for a number of those programs.

The Community Services Tablelands also provides volunteer information service, court support, tax help and in collaboration with the Tablelands Regional Council a community bus transport service.
John Russell, Business Manager at Community Services Tablelands was tasked with identifying the needs, benefits and risks of implementing an information management system. They had multiple data sets which require a number of different management systems each of which need a number of different people to become specialised in maintaining them. There were more than 12 independent systems and data management tools used for administrating and controlling the various groupings of information required for the normal operations and reporting requirements. These data sets included customer records and information in the various programs, administration records and resource management systems, staff records, project planning and evaluation, reception contacts and referrals.
Community Services Tablelands explored several options for the information management solution, but it was ChilliDB that stood out from the rest.

ChilliDB will be available to the Community Services Tablelands staff under our Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
