Hosted vs Onsite
ChilliDB is available in two models - Hosted and Onsite, to allow you to choose the best ChilliDB experience for your business.

Hosted
Hosted is an ideal option if you do not have ready access to IT support staff to manage your servers and database or you want to ensure ChilliDB is available securely from anywhere you may wish to work.  Hosted clients always have access to the latest version of ChilliDB in a secure hosted environment. Polymorphic Solutions manage installation, upgrades, and patches for our Hosted customers.  All Hosted clients receive a separate database that's isolated from other clients, ensuring the integrity and security of ChilliDB information.  ChilliDB is accessible for reporting and integration with other systems.

Onsite
Onsite is ideal if you have ready access to your own IT support staff who can manage your ChilliDB environment, install ChilliDB upgrades and perform maintenance tasks including safely backing up your ChilliDB information held in a SQL Server Database.  Your IT should be proficient in the management of Web Servers and SQL Server.  ChilliDB can be made accessible from outside your network through your own IT staff.  ChilliDB is accessible for reporting and integration with other systems.
