Onsite ChilliDB Training
The client is responsible for the provision of computers for each student, the training facility, a whiteboard and a projector (connected to the trainer's PC).

This proven and popular service is conducted onsite and follows the official ChilliDB Training Manual. To ensure that everyone receives adequate training, there is a maximum of 10 students in any one course.

Web Based ChilliDB Training
ChilliDB web based training allows students to access education services over the internet and is available as both closed session and public training offerings. Course duration is one day.
  • Public training: Web based public training is held regularly. Registrations can be made online or by returning a completed registration form. Students will be sent a course manual and connection details prior to the course starting which can then refer to as the teacher leads them through the course.
  • Closed session: Web based closed sessions are available to organisations that require training for a number of staff. It offers excellent value for money as up to ten students can attend for one course fee and there is the opportunity for course customisation. Course training manuals are priced separately. 

Customisation Service
This popular service can be used to enable a ChilliDB consultant to visit onsite to tailor your system to reflect your internal processes. Customisation can include defining system categorisation (Types, Categories, Sub Categories), management of lookup list reference data, and management of Dynamic Data (custom fields) which you may use to record information to suit your business needs. Often undertaken before Training, it can be equally effective once you have commenced using ChilliDB to assist you to refining and enhancing your processes.
