Every grid has a list of actions that can be performed by mousing over the arrow button located at the top right of the grid and selecting an option. Common actions are export, print, and shortcuts to functions that are also available elsewhere in the system. In the above example is a contacts search results grid. To perform an action you must select some contacts using the checkboxes on the left side of the grid, then an action from the dropdown.
