QR codes have taken event management to the next level, offering convenience and efficiency in tracking attendees, making check-ins a breeze, and even collecting valuable data. This app is set to make our event management module even smarter and easier to keep all data in one place with ChiliDB.

Currently available is the option to have all of your events from ChilliDB synced to the app, including details such as images, locations, and descriptions of each event, ensuring that users have all the necessary information at their fingertips. Additionally, the app displays session times and provides the functionality for attendees to register for events directly through the platform. A key feature currently available is the ability to check in upon arrival at the event. This check-in function is crucial for marking the attendance of event attendees, streamlining the process and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This integration not only enhances the user experience but also significantly improves the efficiency of managing event attendance.

Future Features and Enhancements:

  • AI Integration for Advanced Analytics: We are planning to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to offer more sophisticated analytics and automate certain processes, enhancing the efficiency of event management.
