ChilliDB 3.3.16.2 - 17/11/21 General improvements and bug fixes New Features: Client Administration - The consent feature has been updated to support multiple consents, consent scripts to read to the client and ability to record withdrawal of consent. Events - Added ability when registering Organisations to indicate how many registrations are required. ChilliDB 3.3.14.1 - 11/02/20 - Hosted only Increase text field sizes and other improvements and bug fixes New Features: Core Contact picture can now be expired and size changed from small to medium. To support larger text content, the maximum size of text type custom fields has been increased from 600 to 1600 characters. The gender drop down list can now be extended using the custom field manager for a contact. Note When choosing a note template, they are now grouped under the note template type when more than one template has been created for a type. Module Builder Modules created using the module builder can now be created directly in a contact/organisation page when they are linked to the module. Corrected issues: Data Loading When updating a contacts email address using the data loader, the existing value for "Available in distribution list" is maintained.

ChilliDB Web Controls 2.3.40 - 03/06/20 Various enhancements New Features: Layouts - Each field can now be placed in one or two columns. Member fields - Custom fields for the member module are now available in the Members web control File types - Custom field of file types can be used in web controls allowing file uploads. In this version only one file can be uploaded. Contract fields - Custom fields of Contract type are now available in the web controls Local fields can now be created in Web controls. For example if you want to prompt the user do you agree yes/no can now be done and doesn't need to be mapped to a field in ChilliDB. ChilliDB 3.3.15.4 - 11/01/21 - ChilliDB_3.3.15.0.14.zip Enhancements and bug fixes New Features: General - The Advance Search feature for each module now includes a create button. - The FULL_ADDRESS_LOOKUP_MAKE_SUBURB_UPPERCASE system setting was added to allow users to choose if they want the Suburb uppercase when addresses are looked up. Sensitivity - Organisations can now be marked as sensitive at the organisation level or for types of organisations. In addition the Organisation Advanced Search Show Sensitive Records system setting can be used to completely hide the sensitive organisations from search results. - Sensitive Contacts can also be completely hidden the from search results by using the Contact Advanced Search Show Sensitive Records system setting. Events - Expire and Un-Expire ability for events has been added. Expired events will be excluded from the list of events and registration processes. Data Mining - The expire details has been added to the views. Timesheet - When creating a new timesheet period you can now specify the required period rather than be given the the next one following the last one entered. - You can now navigate periods using forward and previous icons when viewing the timesheet page. SMS Functionality - You can now select which roles are allowed to send SMS in the SMS configuration page. Contract Management - Expired details now added to Contract View Data Loader - Field name for data migration has been increased from 60 characters to 120 characters. Module Builder - A new custom field type called progress bar has been added which shows a graphic version of a set of status values. Up to 6 statuses are allowed. The status value can be changed manually or during automation in scripts. Two predefined options for the style of the progress bar has been provided. Survey - A new setting has been added to hide the Add/Delete option for repeating section. Membership - End date added to Membership member view. Timesheet - A navigation button has been provided when creating timesheet from Search screen. - A navigation arrow has been created to select the timesheet from Timesheet Report menu. Corrected issues: Advance Searches - Corrected issued where the order was not always changed when a column in the grid was selected. - Fixed issue where sometimes the existing conditions were changed from OR to AND. Module Builder -The issue has been corrected where module builder's create screen was just refreshing the whole page if cancel button is selected, instead of returning to module builder screen. Event Attendee Listing - The issue has been fixed where Event's session tab was presenting double entries for attendees. - Fixed the issue where booking date default time was not showing correctly. Survey - Corrected issue where auto merge did not work when survey performed from other modules such as contacts. - Corrected the issue when read only questions text value was being truncated. - Corrected issue regarding tabular format alignment and showing non-visible questions. - Corrected the validation error where setting a field to default to Contact Sub Category. SMS - Fixed the issue where selection box for SMS role maintenance was not aligned with description.
